What we collect
To take an order we need a name, an address, a phone number and an email. If you create an account we keep your order history, any addresses you save, and — to keep the shop safe — the internet addresses you sign in from, described below. Nothing else is required to shop.
Measurements and the fitting room
Body measurements you enter are stored against your account and used only to recommend a size. They are never used for advertising, never shared, and you can clear them from your account at any time.
Sign-in records
When you sign in we record the internet address you signed in from, together with the date. We keep only the last few addresses, and we use them for one thing: stopping abuse of the shop — fraudulent orders, attacks on other people's accounts, and the like. They are never used for advertising, never shared, and never linked to what you browse. Deleting your account deletes them with it.
Photos you send to net sale AI
If you use net sale AI in the fitting room, the photo you choose is sent to an outside service that looks at it and suggests pieces from our shop. We ask before the first time, and we do not keep the photo — it is not saved to your account and not stored anywhere by us. What we do keep is that a suggestion was made and which pieces came back, so we can answer questions about it later. The photo is never used for advertising and never shown to anyone else.
Payment
Orders are currently paid on delivery. We do not take or store card numbers. If a card gateway is added, the card details will go to the gateway and never touch our servers — and this page will say so before it goes live.
Your choices
Write to support@netsale.shop to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have your account deleted. We will answer within a week.
